At SCC Resources, we believe that Banking Operations begin where the teller line ends. We have the personnel and equipment to provide processing to our clients that accepts over-the-counter work as it comes from the teller drawer, and takes that work through to the finished product — from outgoing cash letters to exception item pulls. We also provide Image Checking Statements, including statement rendering and mailing services.
SCC Resources was first in Ohio to implement image processing in April 1994. We have experienced personnel who are familiar with using this process to give our clients a competitive edge in their markets. We also support clients that do not wish to use the image statement services. SCC proposes many options for a client to consider. We believe that flexibility and high quality service are the keys to customer support and long-term growth, for our clients and ourselves.

Statement Processing Services
Statements have the greatest customer impact. Laser printed detail pages
followed by images of the corresponding item printed in numerical order
comprise the Image Statement.

Item and Statement Research
Use of image processing allows SCC Resources to provide rapid research
response. Individual items and statements can be reprinted quickly and
delivered to our clients by mail, fax or courier. Reproduction quality
is laser sharp and much clearer than microfilm copies.
Proof
Operations
Counter work can be sent directly to SCC Resources for proofing, encoding
and cash letter generation. Transaction level balancing is provided
to the client’s specifications. Incoming cash letters can be received,
balanced, and incorporated into the daily workflow. Outgoing cash letters
can be prepared for one or multiple end-points.
Statement
Preparation and Mailing Services
SCC Resources’ staff can provide complete statement rendering
and mailing. Accuracy is verified and statements are mailed in zip code
presort order for reduced postage expense. Stuffers can be inserted
as requested.
